Project Description:
Asbri Transport prepared a Transport Statement accompanied by a Travel Plan for the proposed change of use of an existing building known as Castle Cinema, Worcester Place, Swansea. The building historically accommodated a Cinema and of recent years has been trading a laser game leisure facility.
The proposed change of use plans to accommodate a total of 30 no 1 and 2-bedroom apartments across 6 floors with office floor space on the ground floor and commercial floor space on the second and third floors.
Asbri Transport assessed the trip generation associated with the development in terms of its residential and commercial land-uses and produced a comprehensive Transport Statement and Travel Plan aimed and residents and users of the commercial land uses.
