Project Description:
Asbri Transport were appointed by Persimmon Homes West Wales to produce a Transport Statement in support of a planning application for the proposed development of up to 72 residential dwellings on land located to the south-west of Saundersfoot. Of these 25 units (35%) are of an affordable nature.
A Transport Statement was produced which included detailed swept path analysis of the site, active travel and public transport audits and trip generation and impact assessment
Challenges included negotiating an appropriate access with active travel links to connect to the existing footway provision to the north of the lane.
